Confirmed: Nokia N95 8GB New v30.0.018 Firmware Update Available

Just as what we reported last week, the new firmware update for Nokia N95 8GB is now available via Nokia Software Updater. The software updater will detect your firmware on your Nokia N95 8GB and you can download the update directly through the updater.

* Current consumption improvements (for e.g. WLAN scanning)
* New baseline for VoIP (with significant error corrections)
* General error corrections

One user has noticed other changes too

* Realplayer supports FLV format (i.e FLV files can be played directly like MP4)
* Icon animation is working bot no FP2 transition effects available
* Incoming call number is displayed in additon to name of the contact.
* New visualizations in Music player
