Mobiado Introduces New Professional 105 EM and 105 GCB

Mobiado continues the tradition of the hardwood Executive Model series with the Professional 105 EM (PRO105EM); and unveils its first gold phone, the Professional 105 GCB (PRO105GCB).

The PRO105EM combines hardwood, aluminum, sapphire crystal, and 24-karet gold to truly create the ultimate in luxury. The Mobiado PRO105EM is available in two versions; Cocobolo and Ebony. Every PRO105EM is as different and unique as every rare exotic tree is. No two phones are alike. Each pair of wood inserts is CNC machined from the same piece of solid wood to guarantee consistent grain structure on both sides of the phone. The hardwood is then inlayed into an anodized aluminum frame.

Combining age-old techniques used with Swiss mechanical watches and the modern simplicity of large pieces of sapphire crystal; the PRO105GCB is a stunning masterpiece with classic details.
The frame is precision CNC machined from solid brass and is then finished with a 5 micron thick 24-karet gold plating. The screws are gold plated brass. The buttons of the PRO105GCB are sapphire crystal, hand painted with 24-caret gold, to produce a front surface made entirely of sapphire crystal.

All the lettering and symbols on the PRO105EM and PRO105GCB are hand painted with 24-karet gold. Using a unique painting process, the gold keypad visibly disappears and becomes illuminated when the keypad lights up. The PRO105EM and the PRO105GCB utilize a unique and hidden sliding battery cover mechanism (patent pending) with the battery cover being made entirely from one piece of sapphire crystal.

The PRO105EM and PRO105GCB are unlocked, quad-band GSM/EGSM and dual-band WCDMA network operational. They work within North America, Europe, Africa, Asia- Pacific, and South America where GSM/EGSM 850/900/1800/1900 and WCDMA 850/2100 networks are available. They are equipped with a 2 megapixel camera and video camera, more than 1 GB internal memory, 2″ display with up to 16 million colors, Bluetooth and micro USB connectivity, and a music player that supports AAC, eAAC+, and MP3 audio formats.
